Sicilian craft beer without gluten

24 Baroni Brewery has long been striving to formulate a quality gluten-free craft beer. Traditional beers usually contain quantities of gluten above the limit of 20 ppm and are therefore not suitable for celiacs. Thanks to specially developed production processes, 24 Baroni Brewery is able to use traditional cereals of barley and wheat malt, thus breaking down the quantity of gluten in beers produced to very low values, below 10 ppm.
